After signing the contract, actively and seriously arrange production to ensure that the product quality and quantity are guaranteed and the delivery time is not missed. Users are welcome to come to the company for on-site supervision and inspection of production and inspection conditions.

1. The purpose of the on-site service personnel of the supplier is to make the equipment supplied safely and normally put into operation. The supplier shall send qualified field service personnel.

2. On-site service personnel of the supplier have the following qualities:

1. Obey the laws and regulations, and observe the rules and regulations on the spot;

2, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be in place on time;

3. Understand the contract equipment design, be familiar with its structure, have on-site work experience with the same or similar units, and be able to correctly conduct on-site guidance;

4. Good health, adapt to the working conditions on site.

3. Responsibilities of on-site service personnel of the supplier:

1. The tasks of the supplier's on-site service personnel mainly include expediting the delivery of goods, inspecting the goods, handling the quality of the goods, guiding installation and commissioning, participating in trial operation and performance acceptance tests.

2. Before installation and commissioning, the supplier’s technical service personnel will give the buyer a technical explanation, explain and demonstrate the procedures and methods to be carried out. For important processes, the supplier’s technical staff will confirm and visa the construction status, otherwise the buyer cannot proceed to the next process. The supplier shall be fully responsible for any problems in the procedures confirmed and visaed by the supplier due to incorrect guidance by the supplier’s technical service personnel.

3. The supplier’s on-site service personnel have the right to deal with all technical and commercial problems that occur on the site. If a quality problem occurs on the site, the supplier’s on-site personnel will deal with it within the time specified by the purchaser. If the supplier entrusts the buyer to deal with it, the supplier’s on-site service personnel will issue a power of attorney and bear the corresponding economic responsibilities.

4. The supplier shall be fully responsible for all actions of its on-site service personnel.

5. The normal exchanges and replacement of on-site service personnel of the supplier shall negotiate with the buyer in advance.

Four. Obligations of the buyer The buyer shall cooperate with the on-site service personnel of the supplier and provide convenience in life, transportation and communication.
