Description

1. Product introduction

The cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable with rated voltage of 10~110KV has excellent electrical properties, long-term allowable working temperature of conductor, large short-circuit current, large current carrying capacity, strong short-term overload capacity, long service life, light weight, and no drop limit The advantages such as convenient installation and operation and maintenance have been widely used in our country.

2. Product Standards

Our factory produces XLPE insulated power cables according to GB/T12706 "Extruded insulated power cables and accessories for rated voltages from 1KV to 35KV" and GB/T11017 "cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables and accessories for rated voltages of 110KV". GB/T12706 standard is equivalent to International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 60502 "Rated voltage 1~30KV extruded insulated power cable and accessories", GB/T11017 is equivalent to International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 60840 "Rated voltage 30KV~150KV extruded insulated power cable" test". We can produce in accordance with the requirements of users, in line with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 60502-1997 "extruded insulated power cables and accessories with rated voltages of 1~30KV" for production. We can design and manufacture cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables with special requirements and higher performance in accordance with user requirements.

3. Use characteristics

1. The highest rated temperature of the conductor is 90℃

2. The maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250°C during short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5s).

3. When laying the cable, it is not restricted by the drop under the condition of ensuring sufficient mechanical tension. However, single-core cables are not allowed to be laid in iron pipes, nor are they allowed to form a ring-shaped iron fitting around the cable to fix the cable.

4. When the cable is laid, its temperature should not be lower than zero. When the temperature of the cable is below zero, appropriate methods should be used to heat the cable to above zero.
